42nd Annual Australian Institute of Food Science Technology Convention 2009

The 42nd Annual Australian Institute of Food Science Technology Convention 2009 will be held at the Brisbane Convention Centre, South Bank from 13th - 16th July 2009.
This year’s theme is “It’s crunch time” will focus on issues such as its environmental impact, maintaining sustainability, controlling health and safety issues while addressing food consumption trends and ensuring business survival.
Some topics covered will include information on product innovation, food safety issues, food processing and packaging, and product recall and the impact of this.
