Barossa Fine Foods ham products

Date of recall announcement: 25th October 2021

Knoll Consultants and Investments Pty Ltd is conducting a recall of two ham products.

No Added Nitrite Ham 100g with used by date 03/11/2021 due to possible (Listeria Monocytogenes) microbial contamination.

Distribution:

  • IGAs in ACT, SA and WA
  • Woolworths in NSW only
  • Independent grocery stores in NSW, ACT, SA and WA.

Double Smoked Ham 100g with used by date 10/11/2021 due to (Listeria Monocytogenes) microbial contamination.

Distribution:

  • IGAs in NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and WA
  • Foodland in SA only
  • Independent grocery stores in VIC and ACT.

Food safety hazard: Food products contaminated with (listeria monocytogenes) may cause illness if consumed. Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.

Country of origin: Australia

What to do: Consumers should not eat this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
