Safe Food has developed a new Client Portal which allows accreditation holders to access their information, update their details, view audit information and download accreditation certificates. Information on accessing and navigating the Client Portal is below.

The Client Portal will replace the Henri site which we will be retiring shortly after many years of operation. The self-service portal gives you more control over your information. As an accreditation holder, you can:
- view and update your contact details
- view all your accreditations, choose which accreditations you would like to renew, generate a custom renewal notice and pay for your accreditations
- once your accreditation is renewed, you will be able to download pdf copies of your new accreditation certificates for the 2022 accreditation period
- view your audits and assessments.
Accessing the Safe Food Client Portal
Simply log-in to the Client Portal.
Please note, you will have to generate a new password before you can access your Client Portal account.
To do this, click ‘Forgot your password?’ then enter your email address.
