Safe Food’s Client Portal allows you to update your contact details, manage your accreditation renewals, and download your accreditation certificate from one secure location.
The self-service portal gives you more control over your information. As an accreditation holder, you can:
- view and update your contact details
- view your audits and assessments
- view all your accreditations, select the ones you wish to renew, generate a custom renewal notice and pay for your accreditations
- download a PDF copy of your 2023 accreditation certificate (once payment is received).
Login to the Client Portal here, or click on “Client Portal Login” in the header of our website.
NOTE: you will need to generate a new password the first time you login to the Client Portal. To do this, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ then enter your email address.
