Using Our Client Portal for Your Safe Food Accreditations

Safe Food’s Client Portal allows you to update your contact details, manage your accreditation renewals, and download your accreditation certificate from one secure location.

PAY MY ACCREDITATION

The self-service portal gives you more control over your information. As an accreditation holder, you can:

  • view and update your contact details
  • view your audits and assessments
  • view all your accreditations, select the ones you wish to renew, generate a custom renewal notice and pay for your accreditations
  • download a PDF copy of your 2024 accreditation certificate (once payment is received).

NOTE: you will need to generate a new password the first time you login to the Client Portal. To do this, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your email address.
