Safe Food Production Queensland will be closed for the Christmas/New Year period, reopening on Thursday, 2 January 2020.
Our days of operation are outlined below.
If during this time you need to report a case food poisoning or contamination of food, please call the QLD Health hotline on 13 43 25 84 (or 13HEALTH).
If you want to report on the hygiene and safety of a restaurant or food retail store, please contact your local council.
If you want to inquire about a Safe Food accreditation, or renewing your accreditation for 2020, please send an email to info@safefood.qld.gov.au
If you would like to make a payment, please refer to your accreditation renewal notice for payment options. These include:
- Paying over the phone by credit card by calling 1300 276 468
- Paying online at https://www.safefood.qld.gov.au/food-business/makepayment/
- Paying via BPAY as per the details on your accreditation renewal notice
- Sending a cheque or money order to Safe Food Production Queensland, PO Box 221, Greenslopes QLD 4120
